Job summary

You will monitor performance, manage user access, support data quality, and guide clinical and admin staff on system use, with emphasis on continuity and governance.

The role includes upgrades, change delivery, supplier liaison and training to improve service resilience and support regional imaging initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Radiology system availability, reliability and governance across PACS, RIS and IEP.
• Provide specialist guidance to clinical and admin users on safe and effective system use.
• Lead data quality initiatives, including patient demographics and study integrity across imaging workflows.
• Support system upgrades, change management and incident response with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Digital Services for performance monitoring and issue resolution.
