Job summary

Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic NHS Trust (RJAH) seeks a senior Radiology Systems professional to lead PACS/RIS and related imaging technologies. You will ensure safe, reliable systems and provide expert guidance to clinical teams, with a focus on governance, security and continuous improvement.

Working closely with Radiology, Digital Services and suppliers, you will drive digital transformation, system upgrades and service resilience, translating complex issues into practical solutions

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent senior-level experience with PM training.
• IT, computer science, PACS/RIS, information governance training.
• Ability to lead a specialist service and team within a complex healthcare environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational management and oversight of PACS, RIS and Radiology digital systems.
• Ensure systems are available and safe to support patient care.
• Monitor performance and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Lead training and workforce development.
• Support system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
