Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Radiology Business Manager to lead the delivery of radiology services across multiple sites. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring integrated, high-quality imaging pathways and financially sustainable services.

You will work with senior clinical and managerial colleagues to develop capacity, improve equipment utilisation, manage budgets and staff, and deliver patient-focused care across the network.

Qualifications

• Substantial NHS operational or business management experience.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in budget monitoring and recovery planning.
• Experience delivering against operational and quality targets.
• Experience staff leadership and workforce management.
• NHS operational management experience within an acute setting.
• Experience cross-site service management.
• Experience waiting list management and capacity planning.
• Experience developing business cases and supporting delivery of change projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Radiology services across multiple sites, ensuring consistent care standards and imaging pathways.
• Deputise for the Radiology General Manager as required and engage with external stakeholders to support CDC programme.
• Improve imaging equipment utilisation by aligning capacity with service requirements.
• Manage Radiology clerical and non-clinical staff and ensure high-quality administration within budget.
• Ensure Radiology call centres operate efficiently with strong patient experience indicators.
• Support HR policy implementation within Radiology in collaboration with HR.
