Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Radiology Operational Site Manager to provide operational and professional leadership for Radiology services at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.

You will lead a large multidisciplinary team, manage rosters, budgets and governance, and drive service improvements to meet national waiting time targets while maintaining HCPC registration and clinical radiography involvement.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership of large radiology teams and rosters.
• Experience delivering targets, governance, and quality improvement.
• HCPC registered radiographer with current registration.
