Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Radiology Business Manager to lead and shape delivery of radiology services across multiple sites. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, work with the Divisional Director, General Manager and Site Lead Radiographers to ensure high-performing, financially sustainable imaging services and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated radiology services across all Trust sites, supporting consistent care standards and imaging pathways for elective and non-elective care.
• Deputise for the Radiology General Manager as required.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (Frimley ICS) and internal Trust stakeholders to support CDC programme development and delivery.
• Improve imaging equipment utilisation by aligning capacity with service requirements and strengthening communication between radiology staff and other departments.
• Manage Radiology clerical and non-clinical staff ensuring efficient administration within budget and effective imaging pathway support.
• Ensure radiology call centres operate efficiently with non-clinical performance and quality indicators.
