Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic radiology nurse to join our friendly team in the Medical Imaging Department. You will assist with diagnostic imaging procedures across acute and non-acute pathways and support interventional radiology activities.

We value patient safety, teamwork and ongoing staff development, with training provided to gain knowledge of interventional and non-interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• Current nursing registration and a nursing qualification.
• Experience in radiology or interventional procedures is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic imaging procedures for patients across acute and non-acute pathways.
• Provide scrub support and sedation in the Interventional Radiology theatre.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective patient care.
