The role focuses on clinical leadership, day-to-day operations, patient experience and staff wellbeing across three IR areas.

You will oversee pre-assessment, day case unit and IR environment, providing hands-on clinical practice, strong judgement and capability to manage complex situations.

Competenze

• Registered nurse with diploma or degree level.
• Teaching and assessing course/mentorship in practice or NMC supervising learners.
• Evidence of a post-registration leadership/management qualification.
