Job summary

Prospect Health is partnering with a leading global healthcare company to recruit a Cluster Sales Specialist focused on Interventional Radiology. The role covers the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium, with a strong UK emphasis, driving IR strategy and building a robust pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IR/Interventional Oncology sales, a life sciences degree, and a proven network of clinicians and KOLs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, or related fields.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and drive growth.
• Strong network within IR/oncology/vascular specialties and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the IR strategy across the UK, NL, and BE with a UK focus.
• Identify, segment, and map opportunities; develop and implement pipeline plans.
• Engage KOLs, physicians and clinicians to accelerate growth and close deals.
• Develop opportunities in OEM and private sectors; collaborate with internal teams on account plans.
• Attend national and European congresses to stay updated on trends and network.
