Job summary

We seek an enthusiastic, highly motivated administrator with strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills. Experience in healthcare administration is advantageous, and flexibility to work extra hours

Qualifications

• Proven administration skills with ability to multi-task.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication with patients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; experience with patient administration systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with patients by phone, email and letter.
• Booking appointments and preparing clinics.
• Liaising with consultants and their secretaries.
• Ensuring timely entry of appointments onto the system.
