Nuffield Health Careers' Oxford Hospital is seeking a Radiology Administrator to support the Radiology department with bookings, patient welcome and smooth admin processes. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of £25,545 per annum and 37.5 hours per week.

You will handle enquiries, book appointments, prepare clinical paperwork and referral forms while delivering compassionate service in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in healthcare administration or reception desirable.
• Strong IT and keyboard skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone, dealing with enquiries and booking appointments.
• Welcome patients, in person, and direct them to waiting areas.
• Prepare clinical paperwork and referral forms to support the department.
• Support the radiology team with bookings and general admin tasks.
• Contribute to smooth operations in a busy department.
