Job summary

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking flexible Radiology Admin staff to join the Radiology Admin & Clerical team across multiple sites. You will book radiology appointments by phone, handle letters, coordinate inpatient and ED appointments, and welcome patients on arrival.

• Schedule radiology appointments by phone for Ultrasound, X-Ray, CT and MRI.
• Send letters and coordinate inpatient and ED appointments.
• Receive patients on arrival and answer queries from patients and staff.
• Cover multiple reception desks and liaise with wards and portering for scheduling.
