Job summary

Elekta AB in Crawley is seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to provide technical leadership for high-voltage and power electronic systems in our radiotherapy solutions. You will work within the Beam Line domain, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, reliable and innovative products for cancer care worldwide.

The role requires a degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience, with strong background in HV, RF, and pulsed-power, plus EMC and thermal management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with high-voltage, RF and pulsed-power systems.
• Solid understanding of EMC, grounding, shielding, and thermal management.
• Experience in regulated, high-reliability environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of HV, RF and pulsed-power subsystems in medical accelerators.
• Drive design, verification and lifecycle activities.
• Resolve complex technical challenges in power electronics.
• Define technical requirements and provide engineering direction.
• Collaborate with systems, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality and service teams.
• Support design reviews, risk management and continuous improvement while mentoring others.
