慨正橡扯 is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer/Specialist in Edinburgh to guide the development of Radar Modes. This role involves leading algorithm development for the Signal Processor and collaborating closely with EuroRADAR partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Engineering, Signal Processing, and team supervision. The position offers hybrid working and a salary range from £59,500 to £75,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in radar systems engineering.
• Strong technical background in signal processing.
• Ability to manage and lead engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mk0 Radar Modes team.
• Own maturation of Mk0 Radar Modes.
• Develop and verify design solutions.
• Manage trials planning for radar modes.
• Present analysis results to stakeholders.
• Coach and develop engineering team.
