Job summary

Hackajob Ltd through Leonardo seeks a Lead Systems Engineer / Specialist to drive radar mode development for Mk0 Radar Modes. You will lead a team, mature the mode routemap, and oversee design, verification, and analyses across the system lifecycle.

The role involves collaborating with EuroRADAR partners, supporting trials, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Prior Radar Systems or Signal Processing experience is desirable, with strong leadership and engineering judgment in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Engineering/Physics/Applied Maths background.
• Radar Systems Engineering or Signal Processing experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise a team of Systems engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mk0 Radar Modes team and routemap.
• Develop maturation of Mk0 Radar Modes and verification/validation.
• Carry out radar mode design and verification activities.
• Plan and support trials activity and analyse results.
• Develop design solutions to address problems and capability gaps.
• Present results to stakeholders and drive design updates.
• Maintain models and analysis tools and supporting docs.
