Job summary

Modis International Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems Performance Modelling Engineer for a long-term contract based in Stevenage or Bristol. You will build and validate high-fidelity models of seeker RF Radar using Matlab/Simulink and generate auto-code for integration into missile dynamics.

The role focuses on developing complex models, validating components with real-world data, and delivering test vectors and documentation. Experience in radar, DSP, and C is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Modelling using Matlab/Simulink for model-based design.
• Producing auto-code from models and validating components.
• Assessing algorithms for suitability within models.

Responsibilities

• Modelling in Matlab and Simulink using MBSE techniques.
• Developing parts of a complex Seeker model including scenario, hardware and processor algorithms.
• Develop and implement algorithms within the model and verify auto-code.
• Carry out seeker performance assessment and validation against real data.
• Document model changes and create test vectors.
