Global Sports Jobs Limited in London seeks a Racquets Manager to lead a team of Padel, Tennis and Pickleball coaches and to deliver the racquets programme across the Club, ensuring members have an exceptional experience every day.

The role requires an LTA Level 3 or higher certification, strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits at Sudbury Hill.

Qualifications

• Hold an LTA Level 3 or above and national governing body qualification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with commitment to delivering high-quality member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball.
• Deliver the racquets programme across the Club.
• Ensure members have an exceptional experience every day.
