David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Peterborough is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead the coaching team across our racquets programme, including tennis, padel and pickleball. You will ensure outstanding member experiences and oversee daily operations.

The role requires an L3 LTA or a national governing body qualification, strong communication, and a proactive approach. This is a part-time position with a welcoming, inclusive club culture.

Qualifications

• Has an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage members and staff.
• A self-starter who delivers high-quality member experiences.
