Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball and to deliver the racquets programme at the Club. You will drive delivery quality and ensure members have an exceptional experience daily.

You'll oversee coaching, collaborate with staff, and promote health and fitness within a premium facility offering year-round coaching for all levels. This leadership role includes career development opportunities and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• L3 LTA or above accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• Strong passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

About the Role

The Racquets Manager will lead and manage a team of coaches, including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals, and be responsible for delivering the racquets programme across the Club. The role focuses on giving members an exceptional experience every day. The Club offers state-of-the-art facilities, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, and all year-round coaching, supporting members from beginners to promising players.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches, including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals.
• Oversee the delivery of the racquets programme across the Club.
• Ensure members receive an exceptional experience every day.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• L3 LTA or above and accreditation, or a national governing body qualification.
• Passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
