David Lloyd Clubs Ltd. is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball, delivering the racquets programme with excellence to our members.

You will oversee coaching delivery, staff development and a first-class member experience, ensuring a supportive, inclusive culture across the club in Peterborough.

Qualifications

• L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• A passion for health and fitness and helping others reach goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of racquet coaches including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals.
• Oversee the racquets programme delivery across the Club to ensure exceptional member experience.
• Foster an inclusive culture and drive high-quality coaching and service.

As a Racquets Manager we are looking for someone who: Has an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification. A passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
