The role requires an LTA Level 3 or higher certification, strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits at Sudbury Hill.

Qualifications

About the Role

The Racquets Manager will lead and manage a team of coaches including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals. The role is responsible for the delivery of the racquets programme across the Club, ensuring members have an exceptional experience every day. The position is within Europe's leading premium health and wellness group, which is one of the leading racquet operators in the industry with state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional indoor and outdoor tennis courts and all-year-round coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals.
• Deliver the racquets programme across the Club.
• Ensure members have an exceptional experience every day.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Holds an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• Has a passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
• Has great communication and collaboration skills.
• Is a self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to members.
