Based in Bishops Cleeve, you will inspire delivery of high‑quality coaching, foster collaboration, and act as a self‑starter who champions a healthy lifestyle. The role offers £18.50 per hour and potential extra weekly hours.

Qualifications

• L3 LTA or higher accreditation or national governing body qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping members achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with pride in delivering high-quality member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches including Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball.
• Deliver the racquets programme across the Club and ensure exceptional member experience.
• Create an environment where the team thrives and members receive top-quality coaching.
• Collaborate with club leadership to drive engagement and safety across facilities.
