Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead and manage a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball, delivering the racquets programme club-wide to provide an exceptional member experience.

The ideal candidate will hold LTA Level 3 or higher, be passionate about health and fitness, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, self-driven approach to delivering outstanding service to our members.

Qualifications

• Has an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• A passion for all things health and fitness, supporting others to achieve their goals.
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches including Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals across the Club.
• Deliver the racquets programme to members and ensure an exceptional experience every day.

Education

LTA Level 3 or above
