Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Racquets Manager to lead our team of Padel, Tennis and Pickleball coaches and deliver the racquets programme across the club, ensuring an outstanding member experience. Based in Bishops Cleeve, you will inspire delivery of high‑quality coaching, foster collaboration, and act as a self‑starter who champions a healthy lifestyle. The role offers £18.50 per hour and potential extra weekly hours.

Qualifications

• L3 LTA or higher accreditation or national governing body qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping members achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with pride in delivering high-quality member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches including Padel, Tennis, and Pickleball.
• Deliver the racquets programme across the Club and ensure exceptional member experience.
• Create an environment where the team thrives and members receive top-quality coaching.
• Collaborate with club leadership to drive engagement and safety across facilities.

As a Racquets Manager you will lead and manag e a team of coaches including our Padel, Tennis and Pickleball professionals, and be responsible for the delivery of the racquets programme across the Club, giving our members an exceptional experience every day.
