You will inspire and develop staff, drive exceptional member experiences, and collaborate across departments to uphold the club’s premium standards. The role requires LTA Level 3 or above and strong communication skills, with a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications

• Has an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• Passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who delivers high-quality experiences for members.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball.
• Deliver the racquets programme across the Club to an exceptional standard.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a premium member experience.
