David Lloyd Group in Hampton is seeking a part-time Racquets Manager to lead our racquets programme and coach team across Padel, tennis, and pickleball. You will deliver high-quality experiences for members, while coordinating coaching staff and resources to ensure excellent service.

The role requires an L3 LTA or equivalent national governing body qualification, strong communication, and a proactive, member-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Has an L3 LTA or above and accreditation or a national governing body qualification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; a passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of coaches across Padel, Tennis and Pickleball.
• Ensure delivery of the racquets programme across the Club, delivering an exceptional member experience.
