Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. Sudbury Hill is seeking a part-time Racquets Manager to lead our team of coaches across Padel, tennis and pickleball, delivering the racquets programme for our members.

You will motivate staff, ensure high-quality coaching, manage operations, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment where members of all levels can thrive.

Requirements include LTA Level 3+ or equivalent, a passion for health and fitness, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Must hold LTA Level 3+ or equivalent governing body qualification.
• Demonstrated passion for health and fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of racquets coaches (Padel, Tennis, Pickleball).
• Deliver the racquets programme across the club to ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Foster an inclusive culture and support staff development.
