Job summary

Musselburgh Racecourse is seeking an Operations Executive to join our team. You’ll help plan, prepare and deliver a great racegoer experience, working with raceday employees, contractors and suppliers to keep details in place and events running smoothly.

Based on-site, you’ll contribute to raceday planning, manage briefings, oversee setup, coordinate the Customer Care Team, and assist with finance and procurement under the Head of Operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to annual raceday planning and enhance the racegoer experience.
• Attend meetings with contractors, suppliers and planners; capture actions and communicate to the team.
• Prepare and distribute Operations Briefing Documents and racegoer information for the website.
• Coordinate entertainment and transport providers and support raceday requirements.
• Lead raceday setup and entrance systems; ensure smooth operations and cash handling.
