Job summary

Fontwell Park is seeking casual workers for customer service and event support during race days and non-racing events. The role involves assisting guests, directing crowds, and providing general event support. Training will be provided, and shifts include weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Starting August 2026, applicants must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK. Holiday pay is included, and there are opportunities to work across other Arena Racing Company venues.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• No prior stewarding experience required; full training provided.
• Strong customer‑facing skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service at events.
• Check or scan tickets at entrances.
• Support gate and barrier operations.
• Direct guests to entrances, viewing areas and facilities.
• Answer questions about the racecourse and events.
• Ensure smooth movement of guests and assist with queues and crowd movement.
