Responsibilities

• Serve customers in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure guests receive the highest standard of customer service.
• Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere within the venue.
• Work alone or as part of a team to meet guests' needs to the highest standard.
• Keep the work area stocked with glassware, ice, condiments and sundries.
• Serve food and beverages with knowledge of service and duties; clean as required.
• Keep work areas and public spaces clean and tidy; perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Undertake other reasonable duties in line with business demands.
