Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a professional kitchen, Level 2 Food Safety, and a keen eye for detail. Flexible hours and a lively race-day environment await.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a professional kitchen environment.
• Level 2 Food Safety (or equivalent) required; training provided if needed.
• Experience in fast-paced sports & leisure environments preferred.

• Work as part of a busy kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals on race days.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency, quality and presentation.
• Maintain hygiene standards and allergen/health regulations compliance.
• Manage deliveries, stock rotation and update compliance paperwork.
• Assist across kitchen areas to ensure smooth service across stations.
