Job summary

Mondelez International offers an R&D - Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Internship (Taste The Future Program UK) for 12 months, based in the UK. You will work with scientists, chemists and engineers to drive product innovation and ensure regulatory compliance across EU/UK markets.

The role includes label reviews, claims validation, and exposure to global regulatory processes. Education requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field with a 2:1 predicted

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or other scientific discipline with a 2:1 predicted grade or equivalent.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring EU/UK product compliance with labeling and regulatory requirements.
Review and comment on advertising, websites and packaging for regulatory compliance.
Support preparation of Product Label Reports and artwork submissions.
Assist with horizon scanning of EU/UK regulations and communicate findings.
Maintain and contribute to labelling, nutrition and claims trackers across regions.
