You will collaborate with Portfolio, Value Realization, Architecture, UX and R&D Execution leadership to align value drivers and execution plans, while engaging Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to deliver measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience with commercial software product development, with at least 3 years in team leadership or managerial role.
Experience with Agile, Lean, or other modern delivery methodologies.
Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for value realization initiatives across multiple technology platforms and strategic areas.
Collaborate with Portfolio to track KPIs and support course corrections as needed.
Coordinate with Portfolio, Value Realization, Architecture, UX and R&D Execution leadership to align value drivers and execution plans.
Work with Customer Success and Lighthouse teams to ensure delivered capabilities provide measurable value to customers.
Develop and maintain initiative delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and mitigate barriers to execution, escalating issues as needed.
