Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Engineering Solutions Portfolio Manager to lead the definition of portfolio scope and roadmaps in line with business priorities. Based in Cambridge or London, with flexibility for other EU locations, you will engage with customers to uncover priorities and drive R&D execution of roadmap plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Process Plant EPC/OO and/or marine shipbuilding industry engineering and project execution practices.
• Knowledge about engineering or project execution software tools from AVEVA or other vendors.
• Customer & Market Focus
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in prioritizing and delivering customer value in a lean, MVP fashion
• Ability to think strategically and break down strategy into achievable steps and milestones
• Focus on measuring success and course correcting as needed
• Ability to work cross functionally with both business and development teams
