Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an Engineering Solutions Portfolio Manager to join the AVEVA Engineering Portfolio team. Location can be Cambridge or London, with other EU locations possible.

You will define portfolio scope, roadmaps, engage with customers, and drive R&D execution of roadmap plans to deliver incremental value. You will coordinate with product plans and stakeholders across AVEVA, evangelize solutions, and work cross-functionally with business and development teams to align strategy with market

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Process Plant EPC/OO and/or marine shipbuilding industry engineering and project execution practices.
• Knowledge about engineering or project execution software tools from AVEVA or other vendors.
• Strong customer and market focus with ability to translate needs into product value.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver customer value in a lean, MVP fashion.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to break down strategy into achievable steps and milestones.
• Focused on measuring success and course correcting as needed.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and development teams.
