Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Finance Team Lead in Cambridge to lead a high-performing R2R team within a hybrid work model. You will optimise performance, manage workload across time zones, and drive continuous improvement to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The role requires strong accounting qualifications, hands-on experience with GL, period-end close, and FP&A support, plus leadership capabilities to guide a team of up to 10.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance controls and processes.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience with month-end close and R2R activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the R2R team to deliver timely and accurate financials.
• Ensure standardised processes with KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee general ledger, fixed assets, journals, reconciliations, and period-end close.
