Bioquell, an Ecolab Company in Andover is seeking a microbiologist to join the R&D department to develop a new range of products. You will work in a fully equipped laboratory and collaborate closely with manufacturing staff to translate bench work into production.

The role requires a degree in microbiology or closely related subject, hands-on lab experience, aseptic techniques, microscopy, and the ability to communicate complex scientific information to non-scientists.

Formación

• Degree in microbiology or closely related subject.
• Recent hands-on laboratory experience including basic microbiological methods.
• Knowledge of GLP.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to non-scientists.
• Experience with microbial enumeration and serial dilutions.

Responsabilidades

• Key to new product development within R&D.
• Conduct laboratory investigations of protocols for production/testing of biological products.
• Assess performance of production methods and document results.
• Create auditable validation documentation.
• Provide technical guidance on product ionisation of new product range.
