Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is offering a Graduate Leadership Programme in R&D. You will undertake three 12-month placements, primarily in R&D, with an option to spend one placement in Procurement or Supply.

The programme is designed to develop future leaders who can manage projects and take on roles with international exposure. You will spend 2 years in R&D and may relocate within the UK for placements.

Qualifications

• A degree in any STEM subject. Graduating next summer or graduated within the last 2 years.
• Technically and digitally minded.

Responsibilities

• Three 12-month placements, with 2-3 placements in R&D and potential opportunity for 1 year in either Procurement or Supply.
• Manage your own projects and develop leadership throughout the programme.
• After the 3 years you will sign off into a role in our R&D function.
