Mars invites you to join the Mars Engineering Leadership Experience, a three-year international graduate program with three 12-month placements across engineering areas. You’ll grow technical prowess while developing leadership skills at global scale, supported by Mars' development platforms and mentors.

Year 1 focuses on building technical understanding as a Project Engineer; Year 2 offers cross-cultural exposure abroad with Mars backing; Year 3 hands you a team to lead and contribute to future

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, graduating in 2027 or within the last 2 years.
• Passionate about Engineering and Leadership and want to forge a career in this space.
• Willing to work abroad for at least one year.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience leading a group or project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Project Engineer role to build technical understanding and learn Mars brands.
• Year 2:Develop leadership skills and work abroad with Mars support.
• Year 3: Manage a team and contribute to future Mars leadership.
