Job summary

Mars invites you to join the Engineering Leadership Experience in the United Kingdom. This international graduate program runs across three 12-month placements in different engineering areas, designed to develop technical and leadership skills at Mars. You’ll be mentored and supported to grow with Mars and its world-class brands.

Across years, you’ll build leadership style, gain global exposure by working abroad, and eventually lead a team while advancing your career within Mars.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (graduating 2027 or recently) is required.
• Demonstrated leadership or project management experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work abroad for at least one year.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Year 1: Project Engineer role to build technical understanding and Mars awareness.
• Year 2: Gain leadership experience and work abroad with Mars support.
• Year 3: Manage your own team and develop Associates for future Mars leadership.
