Mars invites graduates to join its Supply Chain Leadership Programme in the United Kingdom. This three-year scheme offers placements across the factory floor, production planning, and customer delivery, with mentors and coaches to accelerate growth.

You will embark on three 12-month placements across Mars’ end-to-end supply chain, leading projects and gaining broad exposure within a global business. A starting salary of £33,000 plus a £2,000 joining bonus supports your development and ambition.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject, graduating next summer or graduated within the last 2 years.
• Willingness to be mobile within the UK, with potential relocation for placements.

Responsibilities
