Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates invites you to join its Supply Chain Leadership Programme in the UK. You will experience three consecutive 12-month placements across the Mars business, leading projects from factory floors to customer-facing teams and building your leadership capabilities.

Starting salary is £33,000 with a £2,000 joining bonus, plus a competitive pension, healthcare, annual bonus and flexible working hours. Mentors and Mars University support your growth from day one.

Qualifications

• Degree in any subject, graduating next summer or within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3 x 12-month placements across Mars’ supply chain.
• Lead your own supply chain projects across a global business.
• Develop functional and leadership capabilities through hands-on roles.
