Quantum Motion in London is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary analog/RF IC design projects. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, ensuring milestones hit on time and on budget in a fast-growing quantum computing startup.

The role requires experience across IC design flows, planning, budgeting, and reporting to funding bodies. You will work closely with physicists and engineers, supporting proposal writing and risk mitigation in a highly agile

Qualifications

• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Coordinate IC design timelines across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Communicate project updates clearly to physicists, IC engineers and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep on budget.
• Support proposal writing, planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders.
• Manage interactions with aggregators and foundries on IC design.
• Track development timelines, resolve issues, run update meetings.
• Prepare concise reports for funding agencies, management and clients.
• Review status updates and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation plans.
• Support proposal writing with budgeting efforts.
