Quantum Motion is seeking a proactive Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across academic partners, suppliers and customers. You will focus on Analog/RF IC Design projects, ensuring timely milestones, budgets and risk mitigation in a highly agile startup environment.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder communication and ability to drive complex hardware R&D programs in a fast-paced in‑London setting.

Qualifications

• Prepare project plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders across teams.
• Track costs and work with finance/accounting.
• Manage interactions with aggregators and foundries for IC design & tapeouts.
• Coordinate development timelines, milestones and update meetings.
• Create clear project reports for funding bodies, management and clients.
• Identify risks and mitigate delays to keep projects on budget.
• Support proposal planning and budgeting activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management to multidisciplinary scientific and engineering teams for projects with academic institutions, suppliers and customers.
• Support Analog/RF IC Design projects with planning and scheduling across multiple programs.
• Communicate effectively with physicists, IC engineers and project stakeholders.
