Quantum Motion in London is seeking a mid-level R&D Project Manager for Analog/RF IC design within our hardware engineering team. You will plan IC development projects, manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, fabrication partners and external funders.

The role emphasizes risk management, reporting, and strong collaboration in a fast-growing quantum computing startup with a London hub.

Qualificações

• Plan IC development projects with budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with IC design teams and external partners.
• Prepare project reports for funding agencies and management.
• Track progress and adjust plans to meet milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare project plans, schedules and budgets with stakeholders across teams.
• Manage interactions with aggregators and foundries regarding IC design and tapeouts.
• Lead development timelines, resolve issues, run regular update meetings.
• Prepare high-quality project reports for external funding agencies and management.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Support proposal writing with planning and budgeting.
