Qualifications

• Strong technical qualification in Chemical, Biological, Physical or Data Science or closely related disciplines.
• Material and Engineering-related disciplines also accepted.
• Motivated, authentic, and ambitious future leaders who can apply their qualification in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Understand consumer needs and develop science/tech to bring new innovations to life.
• Collaborate across R&D areas and business groups (Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care, Home Care).
• Lead live projects and develop leadership skills through a breadth of experiences.
• Work with marketers to delight consumers and drive sustainable growth.
