Job summary

Unilever is launching its Future Leaders Programme in the UK, a 36-month rotational leadership development track for top graduates. You will work in a function, tackle live projects, and gain hands-on experience to prepare for your first management role.

From Day 1 you’ll tackle real challenges, develop core professional skills, and build a strong network across Europe. The role is hybrid with campus placements in Port Sunlight or Leeds and a start date in September 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong technical qualification in a Chemical, Biological, Physical or Data Science or closely related disciplines.
• Motivated, authentic, and ambitious future leaders who can apply their qualification expertise in a business context.
• A forward-thinking and passionate leader to contribute towards a cleaner, more sustainable future through exciting innovations.
