Job summary

Radius is launching a Graduate Leadership Programme in Crewe that rotates through Operations, Account Management, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Technology & Product, Data Analytics and BI. You will own real projects, drive process improvements and work with senior stakeholders from day one.

The three-year rotation builds operational understanding, leadership skills and a strong internal network. The programme requires a 2:1 degree or above (graduating in 2027), full-time office work in

Qualifications

• Has achieved, or is predicted to achieve, a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
• Is graduating in 2027, or has graduated, and can start in September 2027.
• Can work full-time in the office in Crewe, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Rotating across six business areas and learning how each contributes to the wider business.
• Leading projects and process improvements to deliver results.
• Driving efficiencies and proposing practical ideas to improve operations.
• Presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders and answering questions.
• Working across teams to deliver shared outcomes.
• Building networks across Radius and mentoring future intakes.
• Developing as a leader with structured development in areas like project management and stakeholder influence.
