Job summary

Unilever’s Future Leaders Programme in the UK is a 36-month rotational leadership development scheme that places you in a function and exposes you to live projects.

You’ll rotate across six-month assignments in Technology, Cyber Security or Data & Analytics, with mentoring and opportunities to work across Kingston, London and Port Sunlight.

Starting September 2027, the program offers a hybrid way of working with real responsibility and a clear path to management.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about AI and how data informs business decisions.
• Foundational cloud computing awareness.
• Interest in statistics.
• Basic programming knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a leadership development programme designed to accelerate your growth and prepare you to become one of Unilever’s future leaders.
• Specialise in Technology or Cyber Security or Data & Analytics.
• Complete rotations within your chosen area to build core expertise.
• May have the opportunity to work outside your chosen track (e.g. marketing, supply chain, customer development).
