Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or other scientific discipline with a predicted grade of 2:1 or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to apply scientific approach to new situations with rigor.
• Pro-active and motivated team player who thrives on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Consumer Science toolbox and project methodologies.
• Support sensory work, recruitment of sensory panels, and test execution.
• Train sensory panels and produce technical reports with recommendations.
• Lead sensory and consumer research for chocolate products with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Process Development, and Suppliers.
