Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Chemistry graduate or lab technician for a hands-on role in Elland, joining a team focused on innovative product development. You will perform laboratory testing, generate reliable data, and contribute to project discussions across Technical, Manufacturing and Quality teams.

The position offers Monday to Friday hours, with a permanent contract and a clear path for growth in R&D and product innovation.

Qualifications

A degree in Chemistry or a similar scientific discipline.
Laboratory testing experience and strong experimental skills.
Ability to analyse technical data and communicate findings clearly.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

Carrying out laboratory testing, experiments and product evaluations.
Preparing formulations, samples and test materials.
Analysing experimental data and producing clear technical reports.
Supporting innovation and product development projects from concept to completion.
Providing technical recommendations based on laboratory findings.
Working with cross-functional teams to support project delivery.
Assisting with product scale-up, validation activities and process improvements.
Supporting the continuous development of laboratory methods and procedures.
